OUR EXCHANGE PROCESS

Sometimes, that horse that captured your heart just doesn’t work out. That’s fine! We don’t always get it right the first time!

But we do have a procedure, if you are bringing back a horse for exchange:
1. The horse will need to be completely re-evaluated.
2. If there are any medical issues that occurred during their time with the adopter, those medical bills will come out of the amount 3. of the original adoption fee towards the exchange.
4. If there is retraining needed, those expenses will need to come out of the amount of the original adoption fee towards the exchange as well.

This policy will be placed into all adoption contracts going forward. If you are a prior adopter, you will need to sign a new contract if you are looking to adopt again or exchange.

She is up to date on all vaccines and medications (Has a 1yr Heartworm vaccine). She is fixed and we need to find her a FUR-ever home; guys she deserves it. 3-4yrs old and 52 lbs.She gets along with other dogs, not cats or birds . She knows her basic commands, house broken & easy going. She will bolt out the door and run but comes back when called. We are working on that. Absolutely loves children!
